Distance Sales Agreement
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding purchases made through objarca.com.
1. Parties
This Agreement is concluded between:
A. BUYER (hereinafter referred to as “BUYER”)
B. SELLER (hereinafter referred to as “SELLER”)
By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that upon confirming the order, they will be obliged to pay the order amount along with any additional fees such as shipping and taxes.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
- MINISTER: Minister of Trade
- MINISTRY: Ministry of Trade
- LAW: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
- REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188)
- SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods
- SELLER: The natural or legal person offering goods/services
- BUYER: The person acquiring goods/services for non-commercial purposes
- SITE: The Seller’s website
- ORDERING PARTY: The person placing an order via the website
- GOODS: Movable items or digital products subject to sale
- AGREEMENT: This contract between SELLER and BUYER
3. Subject
This Agreement regulates the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
Prices listed on the website are valid until updated. Time-limited offers are valid until the specified expiration date.

6. Product Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and other specifications of the product(s) are available on the website.
The total price (including taxes), shipping fee, payment method, delivery details, and invoice information are specified at the time of order.
Shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
7. Invoice Information
The invoice will be delivered together with the order to the specified billing address.
8. Security, Privacy & Intellectual Property
- Necessary technical measures are taken to ensure the security of information entered on the website. However, the BUYER is responsible for protecting their own device.
- Personal data may be processed for order fulfillment, payment, delivery, customer service, and legal obligations, and—if consent is given—for marketing communications.
- All website content and intellectual property rights belong to the SELLER.
- The SELLER reserves the right to update policies at any time.
- The SELLER is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the platform.
9. General Provisions
- The BUYER confirms having read and understood all product details, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days.
- The SELLER commits to delivering the product in accordance with quality standards and specifications.
- If necessary, the SELLER may provide an equivalent product with the BUYER’s approval.
- If delivery becomes impossible, the BUYER will be informed within 3 days and refunded within 14 days.
- If payment is not completed, the SELLER has no obligation to deliver the product.
- In case of unauthorized use of a credit card, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days.
- In cases of force majeure, the BUYER may cancel, replace, or postpone delivery.
- The BUYER agrees to provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
- The BUYER must inspect the product upon delivery.
10. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery without providing any reason.
To exercise this right:
- The SELLER must be notified in writing within 14 days.
- The product must be unused and returned with invoice, packaging, and accessories.
The SELLER will:
- Refund the amount within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice
- Receive the returned product within 20 days
If the product value decreases due to the BUYER’s fault, compensation may be required.
11. Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products that cannot be separated after delivery
- Products already in production upon order
12. Default
If the BUYER defaults on credit card payments, they accept responsibility under their agreement with the bank, including interest and legal obligations.
13. Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with applicable laws.
14. Enforcement
By completing payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
The SELLER is responsible for ensuring that the BUYER confirms reading and accepting this Agreement before completing the order.
