Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between:

İpek Bökeer Şahinoğlu (Sole Proprietorship) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)
and
the user who registers as a member on the website www.objarca.com (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the terms and conditions regarding the User’s membership to the Site, the use of services offered through the Site, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership شروط (Conditions)

• The User agrees that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The User is deemed to be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
• The User is solely responsible for any consequences arising from providing false or incomplete information.

4. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and public morality,
• Not share any misleading, harmful, or unlawful content,
• Not engage in any activity that may compromise the security of the Site,
• Keep their membership credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.

In case of violation, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s membership.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Company

• The Company reserves the right to modify the products and services offered on the Site.
• The Company undertakes to use reasonable efforts to ensure that the User benefits from the services, except in cases of technical disruptions.
• The Company shall not be held liable for any unlawful use of the Site by the User.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, visuals, and texts) belongs to the Company or relevant rights holders.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

7. Protection of Personal Data

The User’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

8. Termination of Membership

• The User may terminate their membership at any time.
• The Company may suspend or terminate the membership in case of violation of this Agreement.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen events beyond their control (such as natural disasters, internet outages, or infrastructure issues).

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement.
The updated version shall become effective upon publication on the Site.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

For consumer-related matters, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the User’s location shall also have jurisdiction.

12. Entry into Force

By registering on the Site, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

Privacy Notice

1. Data Controller

This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) by İpek Bökeer Şahinoğlu (Sole Proprietorship), acting as the Data Controller.

2. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data may be processed:

• Identity Information: Name, surname
• Contact Information: Phone number, email address, delivery address
• Transaction Information: Order, payment, and delivery details
• Marketing Information: Purchase history and preferences

If an invoice is requested, your Turkish ID Number or Tax Identification Number may also be processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

• Request compensation in case of damages
