Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation & Return Policy

General Terms

1. By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
3. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If delivery is not completed within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any accompanying documents such as warranty certificates or user manuals.
6. If it becomes impossible to supply the product, the seller shall notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the full amount within 14 days.

If the Product Price Is Not Paid

7. If the buyer fails to pay for the product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.

Unauthorized Use of Credit Card

8. If, after delivery, it is determined that the payment was made using a credit card used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the payment is not transferred to the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days. In this case, shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

Force Majeure

9. If delivery cannot be completed on time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller’s control, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery.
   If the buyer cancels the order:

• Payments made in cash will be refunded within 14 days.
• Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the bank within 14 days (processing time may vary depending on the bank).

Buyer’s Obligation to Inspect

10. The buyer must inspect the product upon delivery and must not accept damaged goods (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging) from the shipping company. Products accepted are deemed to be in good condition.
    If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.

11. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any legal liability, by notifying the seller via the contact details below.

Withdrawal Period

12. For service purchases, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date the contract is signed.
    If the service has started with the consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
13. All costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the buyer.
14. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing (via registered mail, email, or other stated methods) within 14 days, and the product must be unused and compliant with return conditions.

15. The invoice of the product must be returned.
    (If the invoice was issued to a company, a return invoice must be provided.)
16. The product must be returned complete, including its box, packaging, and all accessories, without damage.

    Return Conditions

    17. The seller is obliged to refund the total amount within 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notice and to collect the returned product within 20 days.
    18. If the value of the product decreases due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer is responsible for compensating the seller. However, normal use within the withdrawal period does not constitute liability.
    19. If a campaign discount threshold is no longer met due to the return, the discount amount will be canceled.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Products prepared according to the buyer’s personal requests
• Perishable goods or goods with a short expiry date
• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if opened (e.g., cosmetics, personal care products)
• Products mixed with others after delivery and cannot be separated
• Digital content, software, or media once opened
• Services performed instantly in electronic environments
• Subscriptions such as newspapers or magazines

Additionally, items such as cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, software, CDs/DVDs, and stationery can only be returned if unopened, unused, and undamaged.

Default and Legal Consequences

20. If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they accept responsibility under their agreement with the bank, including interest and legal liabilities. The bank may pursue legal action, and any related costs may be claimed from the buyer.

Payment and Delivery

21. Payment can be made via bank transfer (EFT) or wire transfer.
22. Credit card payments can be made online with single payment or installment options. The payment will be charged at the end of the order process.
